Strategically located in Indera Mahkota, a rapidly growing suburb and business hub, the facility is designed to deliver a refined and elevated customer journey. It also stands as the largest Mercedes-Benz Autohaus on the East Coast.

The new Autohaus reflects the latest Mercedes-Benz retail brand presence, focused on delivering a seamless, digitalised, and intuitive customer journey. Spanning 26,565 sq ft of showroom display and customer spaces within a total built-up area of 65,340 sq ft, the facility presents a modern integration of end-to-end customer touchpoints from sales to aftersales and everything in between.
Customers can explore up to six vehicles on display, showcasing a broader range of the Mercedes-Benz portfolio. Complementing this are thoughtfully curated customer touchpoints such as the Star Lounge and access to the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Collection, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere throughout each visit.
Marking a first for Asbenz Stern, the Kuantan Autohaus now includes integrated body and paint services, further strengthening its aftersales offering on the East Coast. Equipped with up to 16 fully equipped work bays, the facility supports everything from scheduled maintenance to more extensive repair work, all carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained and certified technicians to ensure consistent quality and care.
Supporting the growing shift towards electric mobility, the Autohaus is also equipped with on-site DC fast-charging infrastructure of up to 120 kW, capable of charging two vehicles simultaneously. This provides greater convenience and accessibility for owners of all-electric and plug-in hybrid models.
To date, Asbenz Stern has invested a total of RM35million across its network, including the latest RM23million investment in the Asbenz Stern Kuantan Autohaus. With three Autohauses now operating in Kedah, Pahang, and Terengganu, Asbenz Stern remains committed to delivering the exceptional customer experience synonymous with every facility bearing the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star.
